A night at the Bar

I bet your first question is . . . Feel-X, how did you get in? TO answer that I say, although I am technically underage by a number, you can't tell me nothing. I am a man . . . I have a kid. There's nothing they could tell me to say that I am not capable of drinking. I fend for two others as well as my self.

But Anyway . . . It was a night out with my brother and law Joe Barz, as well as an uncle in law to me - Perico. We were out celebrating the fact that myself and Joe Barz are father's to sons. My boy is already born, and his is on the way. For those of you who don't know this, Joe Barz is actually the reason I ever took rap really seriously from a career point of view. I always loved art and had been ryming since I was 6 years old, however if it wasn't for our destined meet at 10 years old. The man who's blog you are reading now would be extremely different. We had a few drinks and had some guy talk. Joked around and discussed our stress and drama with the women who we love most. I think the most memorable moment of the night for me was after we had a few drinks we went outside so Joey could smoke a cigarette and we spoke on our views of manhood. We all pretty much said that we are glad for the good and bad times in our lives - especially the "fuck ups"(excuse my french) because those were the times that really determined the men we are today. I ranted and raved on for a while about my ambitions for life and Joe Barz gave me a quote - "Patience my little Pig" reffering to a sermon at Church one day that the Priest preached about.

Since this day, I have had a calmer approach to the things that I do. The hunger is still burning, however I must be a patient little pig - lol

I go where I wanna go

This is single handedly the greatest hero ever! Homie was always straight raw and uncut . . . Hungry. I remember as a kid I loved this guy(pause). Maybe thats why I got into so much trouble in my early years. Was a hot head just like him. At least I have learned to control it and I'm glad I have had other influences. Alot of his raw qualities I still admire to this day though.

Be a man.

Like father, like son.

Just look at this and here is all I can say. I have to get him started loving it from an early age. After all, the first son is the one to carry on the legacy. And I shall create my dynasty. Must get him prepared for his kingdom. - lol

YEA STEELERS!!!

I have always believed that Super Bowl sunday is one of the greatest American holidays that brings people together.

So from the begining I was going for the steelers and in the first half of the game they were killing. The half was ended on a 100 yard return off of an interception, tackled into the end zone on his head. It was a beautiful, yet hilarious play. Especially because they played the replay an extremely surplus amount of times.
Starting off, I had a few people coming over to watch the game and realized we didn't have anything to drink. I check in the cabinet and find a life saver . . . Kool Aid. Problem was there was only 4 of completely different flavors. So what did I think? Hey why not mix all of them together? Here's LVG of Tha' Works Records at my crib as usual drinking up my concoction of Kool AId. I like to call it Feel-X juice - lol.Anyway back to the game. . . Approaching the middle to end of the 3rd quarter, the Cardinals started to make a dramatic comeback due to number 11 - Rothensburg. When it entered the third quarter it was apparent that if the cardinals come back and win this thing, then he will definitely be getting the MVP. However my mighty Ol' steelers wasn't about to let that happen so easily. And with one beautiful catch almost called out of bounds in the end, the Steelers won the game! It was a great game. Especially got really intense in the final 4 minutes of the game. Really entertaining, but I have one criticism . . . the commercials this year weren't all that great.

Why do you make music Feel-X?

I love art. And I believe that each and every thought even a possibility when released into the cycle of the world can revolutionize it all. My music is a reflection of my life, my thoughts, beliefs, and ultimately me trying to make a difference. I have millions of ambitions in life, but music has always been my first love. Something about just sound in general is amazing to me. For example once a beat drops the emotions it can put you through without saying anything. You know instantly to get hype, or if you’re going to cry without any words atatched to it. Music doesn’t have a language or race and I really dig that about it. I use music as a method of empowerment. And well, I could go on forever - lol but pretty much yea music is my life. I love this Hip Hop thing because Hip Hop can blend with any other musical genre and still sound good.

Wolverine and the X-Men

This weeks episode of Wolverine and the X-men was ill!!! I know I posted before it dropped a while back and no lie I really have been watching this on Nickelodeon on fridays at 8:00 for the new episodes. I love X-Men! They actually didn't mess up this cartoon because usually when they do re-makes of the things from when I was young they mess it all up.

Here's a wallpaper that you can find on the website as well.

They have a pretty interactive thing online as well.(Sorry, I'm a big kid when it comes to this) Check out www.Areyouamustant.com and you can get scanned to see if you are a mutant. I went and I definitely am - lol.

Artwork with the kids

So today with the kids I drew this picture really quick. Didn't take my time to perfect the lines or anything, but its of my inspirational character named BOO. Who evokes this message - "Never be afraid to create"

Let me know what you think. lol

My first Yogurt

Yea I know, weird and surprising blog title. However, it is true. For those who don't know, I have a small case of lactose intolerance and excess dairy products make me sick. I CAN eat milk and cheese and stuff but not too much of it. But, since a child I have never been able to eat yogurt. Even the smell gave me nausea.

That was all until a few days ago at my job in the After-school program. Before I teach class we always have "Snack" time which is provided by the school that we work out of. Instructors like myself, and group leaders are allowed to eat the snack along with the kids. And it just so happens that one day they decide to give yogurt. This day I seemed to feel a little hungrier than usual so I decided, "Let me just try a yogurt again. . . Who Know's? It's been years since I have even attempted this." So I proceeded to grab a strawberry/banana yogurt from the cart. . . I opened it slowly . . . Gave a quick smell . . . "No Nausea?" Hmm. . . lets taks this a little further. I got a spork and scooped up a very small amount of yogurt to see if I could handle it. . . Tasted it . . . "Hold on. This stuff actually tastes GREAT!!!" So I ate the whole thing. Was still fascinated by this new acquired love of the taste, so I grabbed another one and ate it too!

So all in all, this was my first experience with yogurt that was successful. Lets see if next time I get so lucky.

An old interview

This was done about a year ago. Not really great quality of a video, but in the past year there have been a lot of changes going on within the label and we are now ready to take the steps to market a product of more quality and substance . . . However, if you listen to my words I am still saying the same things I was then. The only difference is the amount of references and resources I have to bring these ideas forth now.
